    Chef Rui has been recognized in local, national and international publications as well as in television broadcasts including, Better TV, RTP Portugal, and regularly on NBC’s TODAY Show. This past spring, Chef Rui was invited to host a five course dinner and wine pairing at the Historic James Beard House. Limited tickets. Price per person $175.

    On Friday night, flavors meld, pans sizzle and guests mingle while the Serendipity’s 2015 Most Innovative Chefs are honored as they prepare signature dishes and creative fare for 500 guests. The evening also includes some of the world’s finest wines and spirits as well as a live performances by national renowned musicians THE WAILERS! Guests depart with exclusive gift bags.
    $325 per person / $4500 for sponsored table with bar to table service.

    Festival’s two Celebrity Demo Kitchen Tents are filled with spectators eager to pick up tips on how to cook like a pro! The entertaining and instructional demonstrations include Network Favorite Star Chefs. Open to all Saturday ticket holders. VIP ticket holders have first right to tasting seats.

    Check out your favorite celebrities, musicians and culinary experts as they are interviewed by industry experts in this luxury lounge.
    In addition, the venue will invite knowledgeable food, wine, spirit and music insiders a cool and relaxing environment to catch up on work and post exciting product, celebrity or event news in a timely manner.

    The tent showcases the world’s leading Sommeliers, Mixologists, and Beer Masters who demonstrate their craft to Festival attendees. Open to all Saturday ticket holders.

    Guests will enjoy private bars with premium liquors and wines, as well as private events throughout the day, secluded seating area on the waters edge, and private restrooms. Ticket also includes The VIP Big Easy Dinner! with the Festival Ambassador Chefs and featuring the funks Meters, and a private viewing area for the Main Stage evening musical performance headlined by Little Big Town (Opener to be announced). $375 per person / $5500 for sponsored table with table service all day and night.

    As the heart of the Saturday Festival, this tent hosts 150+ food and beverage vendors from 12:30-5pm. Guests sample from decadent dishes, savory snacks, to sweet desserts and wine tastings. It is a feast for the eyes as well as the palate. Open to all Saturday ticket holders.

  • The Grill Master Party with Extreme Chef Terry French

    All afternoon and evening the grills smoke and pans sizzle as the Top Grill Masters offer up custom-crafted BBQ creations. Guests sample from the signature grilled bites! Hosted by TBA, these local and national chef favorites show off their knowledge on the BBQ stage.

  • Burger Battle Hosted by Adam Richman

    Top restaurants feature their custom-crafted burgers for the highly anticipated Burger Battle judged by our panel of Festival Celebrity Guests. Hosted by NBC’s Food Fighters Adam Richman, the event takes place on the Burger Battle Tent stage drawing one of the biggest crowds. Viewing to all Saturday ticket holders.

  • The VIP Big Easy Dinner with Alex Guarnaschelli

    Capturing the rich culinary, musical and festive atmosphere of New Orleans, this VIP event will be a party not to be missed! A traditional Louisiana jazz marching band will kick off the evening. The Festival Honored Ambassador Chefs will prepare and serve up their signature small plates with a New Orleans twist on the fare. Guests will also enjoy the world renowned band Funky Meters with Art Neville, Ian Neville, George Porter Jr, and Russell Batiste Jr. Premium liquor, wines and beer to be served.

    Best bartenders curate their awe-inspired signature cocktails to compete and be crowned Cocktail-King. An esteemed panel of judges will evaluate the contestants’ offerings, while you sample all of the creations. Open to all Saturday ticket holders.
